MEET AMAZON MILLWORKS FOUNDER, ANDREW SLOOP

Andrew Sloop is the President and CEO of Amazon Millworks, LLC, which he founded in 2007. Andrew takes great pride in being as hands-on as possible at the helm of Amazon Millworks — day-to-day he is involved in executing product design, sourcing, branding, marketing, logistics and business organization for the company.

An entrepreneur at heart, in 2004 Andrew founded Professional Translation Service, a business that offers interpretation and translation for government agencies and private businesses in the United States. And in 2004, he founded El Recurso, LLC, an investment real estate company that operates primarily in Central and South America.

Prior to launching Amazon Millworks, Andrew earned a Juris Doctor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, and a Bachelor of the Arts in Foreign Language at George Mason University.
